Refunds & cancellations

Because a file can't be returned, digital products are not refundable once downloaded. If a file is broken, incomplete or won't open, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it or refund you. Download links work for 7 days and 5 downloads; if yours runs out, we'll send a new one.

You can return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by you unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

Damaged, defective or wrong items: email a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace or refund them, including shipping. Printed items are made to order, so we replace misprints and damage but cannot take back a correct item because of a change of mind about size or colour.

Custom automation and sensor builds are agreed in a written scope before anything starts. Payment, cancellation and warranty terms are set out in that scope, not here.

Email hello@nerdsquatch.ai with your order number. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
