Project pages and field notes are shared for information and education. Many of them describe plans that have not been built or tested yet, and they say so.

Working with electricity, water, tools and animals carries risk: follow local codes and manufacturer instructions, look after living things properly, and use qualified professionals where required.

Sending an enquiry does not create an order or a contract. Custom work is only agreed in a written scope that both sides accept before anything starts; that scope governs the work.

Prices will be shown in US dollars and payments processed by a payment processor; we never see or store your full card number. An order is confirmed when payment succeeds and you receive a confirmation email.

Digital files are licensed for your personal use; please don’t resell or redistribute them. Download links expire after 7 days and allow 5 downloads.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates; if an order is delayed we will tell you and you may cancel it for a full refund before it ships.

Some links may be affiliate links; see the affiliate disclosure. Other sites are responsible for their own content and terms.

Except for the promises in these terms and in the refund policy, content, products and services are provided as described without other warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
